Brake light switch Corsa?

can anyone tell me where exactly the brake light switch is on corsa? Is it easy to locate and change??

The switch is located under the brake pedal close to the top of the pedal.

Its a bit of a pain to get out as you will have to lay on your back upside down to get at it but once you can get to it all you need to do is unscrew it from the metal bracket that holds it in place.

Before you do this double check to make sure that its not just jammed. This happens a lot as all the fluff from the carpet collects on the switch.

If you stick your head in the footwell, and feel up the face of the brake pedal from the pad your foot rests on upwards, you'll come to the switch at the top of the pedal arm. Simple to change, you should be able to see if it's secured with a nut or just a 1/4 turn 'bayonet' fixing.
its behind the brake pedal, as you push it down it should click, or it may be stuck on, use a bit of WD-40 if the later is the case.

Its behind the foot brake pedal, and it is at the top, just about level with the dashboard.
