Can I change light switches from Grounding to the Decora switch?

If I have these switches:

Yes you can. The Decora switches are grounded as well. Turn your breaker off. Take the cover plates off, remove the switch, disconnect the wires, and install them on the new switch. Reinstall the switch in the box, put the new cover plate on, and turn your power back on. Very easy change out. Hope this helps.



EDIT: You turn off the breaker in the panel that controls the lights. You won't get electrocuted. Well, you probably won't.....

Yes you can -i changed out all my old ones to the same style you have .Al little tip for you is to buy the less expensive brand of switches and outlets but buy the screw less covers they fit perfect and match perfectly too and the money you save you can decorate more!
